Take membrane off the BBs. rub some mustard on the ribs. take a handfull of rub for each rack and rub it on the BBs. Put in/on smoker at 225* for appx 4 hrs. OR put on smoker 2 hrs, wrap in foil for 1hr, and back out of foil for 1hr. The last hr smoking you can put your favorite sauce on the ribs or Tejas Pepper Jelly, or eat with rub only and/or sauce on the side. ENJOY

Baked some sweet taters last night and split'em open, sprinkled them with brisket blend and granulated maple sugar, laid a tab or two of butter on top of that............................goodness, golly gee willykers, they were some kinda good. I know it's early to be eatin just dug taters, so by the they get right, around thanksgiving, I might not be able to stand them :!: :!: :D That rub add the finishing touch..."food of the gods kinda thing

Here's a chipotle/mayo spread that is mighty tasty on just about any type sandwich.
INGREDIENTS
2-3 CANNED CHIPOTLE CHILES IN ADOBO SAUCE (I USED 1 LARGE, 1 SMALL FROM CAN) chopped
1 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 Tbls OF MINCED, DEHYDRATED ONION
DIRECTIONS
REMOVE SEEDS AND MINCE CHIPOTLE'S TO A PASTE. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, STIR UNTIL COMBINED. REFIGERATE AT LEAST 4 HOURS. ENJOY
If you use only 1 tsp worsty, it's less runny and more like mayo than a sauce. This stuff is great with pork, beef, poultry.
Makes a killer chicken or turkey salad.
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
cumin
oregano
