Well last night kinda late the doorbell rang. Opened the door to see a friend I ain't seen in a while. Chris says "Dave you still BBQ?". I say "on occasion". He say I got sumpin for ya then.

Well that wind the other day done broke off a huge limb on Jonothan's (Chris' son) giant pecan tree. And I wuz the recipient of a bunch of nicely cut pecan wood. Story gets better as they most likely gonna have to take down the rest of the tree and guess who gonna get that too!!!!

It's good to have friends!!!! Hope ya'll have a great day too!!!

Dave that sounds better than opening the door and see the Avon lady standing there!!! Ive been watching the guys pecan tree that lives behind
our house, hoping when it blows down, it lands in my yard- I may have to take some leftover brisket to him from my next cook :lol: That fish fry you wrote about got me in the mood for a fish fry also :wink:
