Cooking a brisket to take to Houston with me for tailgating before the Memphis Houston game, and thought I would share what I got so far. I also threw on a little chicken for tonights dinner...

That's exactally what I was thinking. How well does that little box hold a temp?
Does the smoke flavor come from the kitchen fire?

Very nice! The brisket looks fairly large. What was the pre-cooked weight on that "Ugly piece of Meat"?

Very nice! The brisket looks fairly large. What was the pre-cooked weight on that "Ugly piece of Meat"?
