Here's a pic a friend took at the tailgate in Houston. I sliced the whole thing up and put it in foil, then reheated on a small grill. It didn't last long. It made about 60 tacos and several sandwiches.

Mighty fine looking grub buddy. Ain't the grub at the games that much better. I have some pork that I smoked last weekend and going to take it to the race this weekend to help feed the masses.

Not while it's on the pit. After pulling it off the pit, I set it in a foil lined pan for an hour or so. After slicing and trimming, I pour the juices that accumulated in the foil while the brisket set there back over the sliced brisket.

You bet I did! It's always fun when My Tigers win. I took my boys to their first football game 2 years ago in Houston. Tigers won, and reeled off 5 straight wins and went to a bowl for the first time in 30 years. Folks in Memphis starting them the Mojo, and carrying their pictures with them to all the games for good luck. There was even a write up in the Memphis paper about them the day of our bowl game. Saturday was their 2nd game. Mojo still strong !
