Hey guys!
Just recieved my first batch of TexasBBQRub and Grilling Magic and have two 10 lb Butts in the WSM right now. Temps at 156 and 157, just about ready to foil. Using pecan to see how it tastes on butt, about 2 fist size chunks.

GOD DOES THAT RUB SMELL GOOD!! :shock: :shock: :D :D

Now all I need is some TPJ. Do you guys glaze butts with it or mix it with the meat after pulling?

Also, do you mix some rub in with the meat after pulling or not? Just thinking of the possibilities..............

Your in for a treat. Remember to save the juices from the foil to mix back into the pork.

Try to get as much fat out of the juice as possible.
