I probably will grill this weekend. I've been thinking about tri tip and chicken wings. I'll BBQ some chicken breasts for a meal at work.
I need some wing recipes/techniques. I'll post that under grilling.

I'll be cooking some Spares, baby backs, beef ribs, and some turkey wings. I'll probbly be frying a turkey also.
We don't mess around up here in the upstate :wink:

Just got home from our annual company BBQ. Cooked 4 briskets, 4 pork butts, 12 racks of spares, 8lbs of Slovecek sausage, and 4 sides of salmon... others provided all the sides and a great tme was had...
now time for bed!
