Is there any MSG and or sugar in TexasBBQRub?

I know there is a good amount of brown sugar, but I can't speak to the MSG.

I have both the TBBQ rub and grill seasoning they state no MSG, so be sure and get some of both along with the glove (a must for Qer's) oh and don't forget there T-shirt also :D :D :D

What grill seasoning? Where is that?

Welcome smoker. When you order rub, you can order Grill Magic (seasoning without sugar for higher temps) or Steak Seasoning (just specify on the comments block what you want). I use all three and like'em a lot.

There is also brisket rub as well. Like TB said just put that in the comment box. All good. Ya gotta get a T shirt. Smells just like the rub when ya get it. So even if you're not cookin', you'll smell like ya are :)

Welcome to the board smoker. When you order you can also specify if you want the regular or the brisket blend, which has less sugar and larger pieces of onion/garlic I think, and it is better on the briskets IMHO.

We just had some wild rice with our chicken for dinner and I put a little soy sauce in it with some TXBBQRub an it was outstanding. A very good taste like 'pan-drippings' good. And it was just some ordinary Carolina Brown and Wild Rice...
