Bills rub, mustard(out'a worsey!), did a 3-1 1/2-1 1/2, my sauce last 40 minutes. Also did my recipe on cream cheesey potatoes, and my beans. Turned out real good, gettin better everytime  I'm trying to get ready for my first comp coming up here in may; The Whistle Stop Festival.

Even if ya log in, it says "album not found"
I think Kodak needs to make it easier to share albums...I had a heckuva time doing it on Sunday...had some great help from other members here though
Not too sure I'll be able to do it again either LOL

Those are some darn tasty looking ribs!
I noticed the 2 smaller pieces on the smoker first thing because I like to have some samples while I'm BBQing and I'd have been all over those
Something else I like to do while sitting 'round the pit is just throw some brats or sausage on the fire side to keep the hounds at bay and keep them from openin' the lid all the time.

Tailwagger, I wish my ribs looked that good. Nice job. Do you foil or go naked the whole time?

I foiled an hour and a half. The last time I thought 2 hours was too much. The one thing it did though was the way the ends shrunk back so far. I don't know if that was due to miss trimming or what the culprit was. Any ideas?

Thems are some purdy lookin' ribs. Mine never shrink like that on the bone(which I like) but they're cooked on an offset and not foiled. Guess that's the reason but don't know why.
