stuffed catfish

I was watching emiril last night and he made a great stuffed catfish. I remember there was a post a while ago for smoked catfish. I think Emiril's recipe would be purty good if done on the smoker.

Hey BB. I saw that last night too. I was thinking & wondering how that would do on whole fish instead of fillets. I am thinking of leaving the fish whole instead of cutting it all up. Thta's something that has been on my mind a long time.
