I don't have a WSM but I found this site a few weeks ago on using the WSM. For those who have never used it this site teaches you some basics. The guy is a little obnoxious but his method looks like it will work.

And of course there is the The Virtual Weber Bullet site

Don't know what kinda guy he is, but I learned how to use mine all by myself. Maybe if you had zero experience in using a smoker it would help, but if you been cookin' awhile it ain't all that had to figure out. I did post there and kinda felt if I didn't do it his way it was the wrong way. Most other sites give differing views and know that everybody has an opinion, and that's what makes it fun. Look at the number of members there and the number of posts. Now look here.
The TVWB has quite a following and alot of good info. I can't say anything bad about it cuz I won me some guava wood in their Christmas contest. :D Oh , BTW I like it. :)
However, for what I do, TBBQRub and a couple other sites are better suited to my needs. I'm not a psuedo-chef or trying to cook like one. I like simple, easy to cook recipes. "READ THAT"- rub it, cook it.

If you take it with a grain of salt and chalk it up to a feable attempt at humor then there are a couple of chuckles. Been there before but didn't stay long.
