That would be Pineapple Habanero by Texas Pepper Jelly.
Hey krpen
With all the prefernces for types of sauces and the zillion sauces per type, there's no correct answer.
The response about pineapple habanero pepper jelly is a good one for a glaze.
For dipping sauce, just pick out a few representing various types, get a family member to pour a little of each on a plate, remembering which sauce is which and do a blind taste test.
That would be Texas Passion Jalapeno,
Pear Jalapeno,Apple Jalapeno by Texas Pepper Jelly.
Those 3 are also my favorite on ribs. :D

I'm with Angel and Kaz Q, the Pineapple Habanero, Strawberry Habanero, Berry Medly is also great on ribs. BBQ sauces.... :?: Well, just try Sweet Baby Ray's, it's a good store bought BBQ sauce and if ya want a little extra kick add a lil TPJ of your choosing to it.

I like my ribs dry but for any other pork my sauce of choice is Head Country. Wal-mart is the only place I've been able to find it here in Texas.

Sauce is a very subjective question. We all like different things.
However, Pineapple Habanaro, Strawberry Habanaro, Blackberry or Strawberry Rhubarb is excellent on ribs as a glaze in the last hour or so.
YMMV

I think Cracker Barrel may carry it. The have Bone Sucking Sauce for $3.99.

That is why I tell people to go to Kreuz to make sure they ask for extra sauce.

For a sauce thats darn good right out of the bottle look for Tony Romas bbq sauce. I think they make two, "Carolina honey" and "Original" The Carolina honey is outstanding on ribs. I get them at HEB.
Also Walmart sell a sauce made here in Texas by Best Maid and it comes in gallons. Pretty good out of the bottle but mix it with some honey and soy sauce and its fantastic.
