Favorite Beef Rib Recipe?

What's yalls favorite recipes for beef ribs they ahve em for .99 cents at Albertson. Thinkin about pickin some up tomorow. Thanks for the help as i haven't really done em but once and with just so so results.

I like making kalbi (korean short ribs). I never measure, but this is a guesstimate.

1 c shoyu (soy)
2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp seseme oil
1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Marinate the ribs and grill at about 350
