Has any one had any experience using any of these? There is a web site
called BBQ garu which sells these. My main concern is when you have a smoldering fire will it give my meat a foul flavor. It sure would help on a large cook to not have to check the fire every 30 minutes. Once I get the smoker up to temp it takes a very small fire to keep it going.
By the way Summersville, WV has a Summersville Lake. Some great class five white water rafting. Not for me I can't drink all that water.
