Checklist Help

Does anyone have a checklist that you use for planning a large cook so that you do not forget anything. I am cooking for my company picnic (about 75 people) this weekend and would like any checklists that you guys are willing to share. The more detailed the better. I ain't reeeel dum and I ain't reeeel smart gues that means I need a cheat sheet.
