Happy Holidays too all. Need some help.
I am going to try to smoke some salmon this new year and need some help.
Temp?
Wood ?
Rub ?
Time?
Any information will be deeply appreciated

I smoke salmon at 200°-210° for bout 1½-2 hrs. then wrap in foil an let it sit. Az for tha wood.....either oak, hickory or pecan, seein' how thoze are tha only woods I kin git. :( I'm shur apple or adler wood be a nice wood ta smoke with. Az far az rub goes.....I rub on a lite coat of olive oil, then spritz litely with soy sauce, then sprinkle both garlick an onyun powder on, then add sum dill.

I like mine low and slow smoked. Maybe 180-200 tops! Apple wood is great for this.
