Ribs are on.

The ribs have been on for 3 hours. I applied mustard then Texasbbqrub. I have foiled two slabs. I'll leave one naked. I'll sauce two of the slabs and applied pineapple pepper jelly on the third slab. I'm using Original Charcoal. I had two helpers earlier who are now napping.

Ok...they are ready to take off. The left has pineapple pepper jelly the two on the right has Costa's BBQ sauce. I'm taking them over to a friends house where 10 of us (including the two helpers) will be having supper tonight.

There were going to be 8 adults and two small helpers. Actually 9 adults where there. Everyone loved the ribs but there were two ribs left. Tar River could have had them.
