Brought home from work what I believe is a beef tenderloin. It's being thawed right now. Looks to be about 9-10 pounds. What should I do with it? And it 's not going to New Yawk either. I plan on putting a brisket on the Extreme later tonight. Maybe I'll just throw it on there.

What should I do with it?
Coarse black pepper, garlic salt and kosher salt. Or..... Texas Wild. Smoke till about 140-145, pull, rest for 10 minutes, slice and eat.
What time should I be up?

Looks like this piece of meat is beef tnderloin. About 10 pounds of 8-12 oz portions I'd think. What do you think? Should I skewer them all and grill for the party tomorrow night? Should I give away a great cut of steak on a bunch of drunks, most of which have no appreciation for great Q?
