Well I couldn't stand it any longer I ordered some hot jelly. You all made it sound to good to be true. What would you recommend using in on first? Are any of the glaze for ribs posted?

Carni says it's good on toast. TPJ is the glaze. Just heat it up in the MW until it can be brushed on and put a coat on your ribs the last 15min. Melt it in the MW and pour it over a block of warmed cream cheese and eat with tortilla chips. I hear it's good on toast too.
Bluegrass,
There are few things the Jelly does not make better but if you get the chance, try it with some ice-cold watermelon!

Use it to make BBQ sauce. Put it on ice cream. It's really good on fresh-baked biscuits. Use it as a glaze for ham.
To use it as a glaze on ribs, just heat it and pour it on the ribs during the last hour of the cook.

Makes an excellent light glaze on thick center cut pork chops or a stuffed pork loin. Your imagination is the limit.

Before the diet, I would sit down to a half dozen hot buttermilk biscuits with some of the SRJ-Jelly, a stick of real butter, and some crunch peanut butter... NOW THAT IS COMFORT FOOD!!!
Yesterday, I had A biscuit, A teaspoon of SRJ-Jelly, and a two second shot of butter spray. With that, I had a fresh fruit salad (honey dew, apple, grapes), a cup of coffee, a protein shake ... that was breakfast, and it was good.

I'm going a lot slower than you are, Txngent...but I still like that TPJ on a sandwich. Now I gotta stay away from the peanut butter, that's my problem.
I might try for lunch some TPJ in one of those Michelob omelettes.

DB, if you watch your portions Peanut Butter is a great source of protein, potassium, low in sugar, and Mmmm good. I use Nature's Own Brand DOUBLE FIBER bread... toasted with peanut butter and a TEASPOON of TPJ for a breakfast is a great diet meal... add a apple and you have a good balanced diet. You will be good till lunch guaranteed!

My trouble is not enough exercise...I work normally, but a lot smarter now since I'm older and fatter  ...but I do not get any sustained exercise any more. So I've started...
Now if I can cut out the sweets...

Exercise really is the key. You can "diet" all you want for as long as you want, and you probably will lose some weight. However, 25% of that weight probably will be muscle, and that's really working in the wrong direction. With the right exercise, you can prevent muscle loss and maybe even add some. That's good for you.

I think tonights dinner will consist of a couple of PB&J samiches. I can't stop eating this stuff.
