Can someone please post some pics of Health dept approved 3 bay sink and hand washing station setup they are currently using, or have used, in the past for on site catering of reunions, weddings, parties, etc. Trying to get some idea how much this one is going to cost me to be legal and need some ideas of where to go with it. Thanks in advance. Also, any ideas on hot water sources. Health Dept. suggested hot water heater...portable, electric...any thoughts?

Health regulations are determined by local government. Your best bet would be to contact an official from your local government before what you read on a forum. I'm not insulting anyone here, as I'm sure there are answers. But when it comes to legal things you can't be too sure.

I'm sure you will hear some good advice for sink models, set up, and etc. Call it a disclaimer, but just make sure you double check.

Already did. Just trying to get some creative ideas. Guy at Health Dept was a jerk so we're off to a great start with him. I have all the specs and such but just want some other ideas from guys/gals that have been there, done that. Won't hold anyone accountable except myself.

I'm not surprised at the jerk part. If you're pretty new to this you'll soon realize that ALL health inspectors and anyone from the health department is a jerk. At least... the one's I'm used to.

Rich at Gator Pit has made lots of BBQ pits with built in sinks. Go to www.gatorpit.net and check out his bigger pits like the Texas Legend.

Also, if you look at the newer pictures of events on our website, you can see some sinks with on board hot water set ups.
