I just got done eating the best ribs I've ever made, thanks to pineapple hab. TPJ. I glazed them about 1 hour before I took them off the pit. My wife and I are now addicted to TPJ. She told me I have to order more of it on Monday. Here's some pics of the cook:

For an appetizer, I poured some orange habanero TPJ over a block of cream cheese and served it with crackers. GOOD GAWD! My mom was lucky that I didn't go over to her house and slap her

Looks like first place ribs to me Tightline. Did you use Texas BBQ Rub? If not order some Monday and I promise you will be addicted just like you are with TPJ. It's an amazing combination.

I wanted to use Texas BBQ Rub, but I couldn't get any in time. I talked to Bill on Friday, hoping I could go by the office and pick some up, but he was headed to a cook-off. I'm gonna try to go by there this week.

I cooked em in a MECO 5025 stainless "El cheapo" variant wich i tested for a friend of mine. Not a bad smoker, but doesnt come up with a WSM.
