Thanks to all from this forum, I can now do a pretty mean stuffed pork loin. Here is a pic from a cook awhile back. Stuffed with ham, spinach and provolone cheese.

That looks pretty good there. Curious as to temp you cooked at, and how long you cooked it. (or what temp did you take it to?)

I cooked this on my little char griller back yard smoker. Not sure how long at 200 to 225, used a probe and pulled at 143, wrapped it in heavy foil, let rest for about 30 minutes then sliced. Prior to cooking, rubbed with worchester sauce and texas bbq rub.

Man that looks great! Stuffed pork loin has become one of my favorite things to BBQ! :)

Those look great. A good stuffed pork loin is hard to beat. Kudos on the funny Busby Berkeley comment too, DB!

I can't wait until our weather breaks a bit. Pork loin is pretty cheap right now and I'm Jonesing for some stuffed loin now :drool:
