I think we're heading over to some friends' house. I might look through the freezer and see what I can bring. Pretty low key stuff, but fun.

As for me, well, I don't think I'll be eatin' much. I'm gettin' 3 to 4 teeth pulled tomorrow. Maybe a pot of soup?

I just might take you up on that. The house we'd go to is already full of fans, but I don't know who else will be there. I'll grab a jar or two and let you know who goes for it. If it's just Charie, me, and the homeowners, then that's on us. :)

Man, I'm sorry to hear about that! I hope that goes smoothly, and I also hope you enjoy your ABT shake.:)
Seriously, let us know if there's anything we can do.

The in-laws are down from IL, we're all Bears fans, and my daughter and SIL(1 of the requirements prior to marraige was to adopt the Bears :D) will also be over.
Will cook a brisket and pork butt Saturday. Some Slov Sausages, and will experiment with some different fatties on Sunday.

Always attend a big Super Bowl blowout at my buddy's bar...a good time but with so many people, it's impossible to watch the game (or the commercials).
This year, a smaller group of us (eight or ten) are going to meet at a private residence with hopes of actually watching the game.
I was told that they (the hosts) are going to do burgers, so to bring any appetizer or side dish that goes with burgers. I asked if ribs go with burgers and evidently they do. I'm gonna do a few racks and maybe try some of the stuffed chicken thighs.

Three racks of baby backs, two racks of spares, and armadillo eggs on the smoker. I also plan to cook up some buffalo wings on the grill. The wife is going to put together some dips and such. Should be fun. Temps aren't too bad, expected to be in the upper 30's to low 40's.
