Well I finally got my TPJ. Delayed for two weeks thanks to local post office screw up. Had to open pineapple habanero for a taste. Straight off the spoon a nice spice flavor. Only other thing I could find to try it on was a ham salad sandwich. Wow. I don't know if I can afford this habit! Can't wait to try it on some ribs or in some Q-sauce. Thanks to Craig for all his help and support.

Quick! Go make a PB-TPJ, or spoon it over some cream cheese with crackers until you fire up the pit.

The pineapple hab is now one of my favorites,at first i didn't understand all the oohs and awws,now i loves it on ribs,chicken,icecream.

Make some Pillsbury flaky biscuits and serve them warm with TPJ. Yum!

The night before last, I went for a snack. A handful of peanuts and a good spoonfull of blueberry jalapeno TPJ. I'd take a few peanuts and a nip of TPJ at a time. Very nice.
