TBBQR + TPJ Wins Hands Down!

I have my first competition coming up in 2 weeks, been playing with my recipes. Funny my wife always got mad at me for the last year or so saying jelly doesn't go on ribs. So I would always just make my ribs w/TBBQR and my BBQ Sauce. But this past weekend on my practice runs, (unknowingly to her) I did 2 different racks, 1 W/my sauce the other with Pineapple Habanero as a finish glaze. She picked the TPJ glazed and she was shocked thats what they had on them. Also did 4 different chicken recipes, 1 being thighs rubbed w/TBBQR and glazed w/Mango Habanero TPJ Finishing glaze (just ordered 2 more of those and a Texas Spicey Peach) anyway 2 weeks in a row blind taste tests, the TBBQR + Mango glaze won. She can't believe it! Made a believer out of her, she'll be wearing my TPJ shirt next! Anyway, wanted to say it again b/c I haven't in a while, But both are GREAT products and if you haven't tried them, you just aint with it yet!!!

Funny, i had to subject the better half (and family) to the same test...

I cooked up a couple pork loins this past Sunday and glazed one with cranberry/habanero TPJ, you wanna talk about a DELICIOUS meal. MMmmmm MMMmmm good!!!
