I am cooking at a IBCA 5 meat cook off this weekend. In addition we are cooking 200lbs of spares for peoples choice. Not measuring and recoding what I have made for smaller cooks has come back to bite me. How much slather and mop will I need to make? 2 gallons slather? 3 gallons mop?
Its easier to pour it out, than to shti :shock: some at the last minute.:D :D

Zee, da slather is my mustard rub glue, and da mop is my concoction for moistin and flavorin my meats. Instead of apple juice in a spray bottle, I use da midget mop.
