Alright, my big day is approaching. Whistle Stop is this weekend. Have decided on thighs for my chicken turn in. But I need help on whether to go boneless/bone in and skinless or not. Please Help fella's.

Is this a KCBS event? I believe that they have to be bone in with skin, but I could be mistaken. It's happened before....

It is KCBS but I am entering the "Shadetree" division.

I went to the KCBS website and downloaded their rules and it really doesn't say one way or the other. I know in the IBCA rules it says "Chicken – one half (1/2) fully jointed domestic chicken that includes a breast, wing, thigh,
and drumstick". But nothing like that in KCBS.
