Mojo chicken and meatloaf pics

I cook to internal of 165*. About 2 hrs on my WSM at 300* to 350* lid temp dry pan. Hickory for smoke. I do prepare the same way you would for oven. You will never do in oven again after smokin one!! I use ground chuck and a roll of Jimmy dean sage. Throw in what ever ya like after that!!

Nope I don't drink my own bathwater and I'm a class act too, step outta the bath ta pee.
But when ya think about it since water is kinda the ultimate recycled substance and it's been around for > a million years do ya really think yer next drink a water ain't never been peed?

I have seen smoked meatloaf place in the open category at competitions...If I remember correctly it was stuffed with cheese or something...Looks good!

Sterlingsmoker, I meant to ask what you glaze the meatloaf with?

I used Gates BBQ Sauce. About 20 minutes before removing from smoker.
