Despite 10 inches of snow this morning a treat from the pit was indeed in order.

Now mind you that while the driveway is clear there was infact 10 inches of snow here.

Just cleased up the kitchen and shut down the pit for the night...

You guessed it...IT IS SNOWING AGAIN...7-9 inches in the forecast.

looks yummy! I'm jealous as I haven't cooked in a few months and it's snowing there! It'll be in the 90's again this week....

Did the ABT's with just cream cheese inside and rolled them in dry rub from the ribs. The japs were the mildest things I have ever cooked. No heat at all. They were tasty but not the firey treat I was looking forward to.

The Crisp was outrageous.

Used straight apple wood on the ribs. That was a treat. If I could only get some reasonably priced Hickory up here I would be all set.

I've never tried ABT's in a pressure cooker, sounds interesting.
