Sister-n-law is visiting, so I cooked some ribs yesterday. I tried someting a little different, for me. I normally just cook dry ribs, but I went glazed, or wet, yesterday. I was outta my sauce, so I mixed some Germantown Commisary sauce (from Memphis), some Sadlers (a Texas sauce), some apple cider vinegar, and some honey. Painted the ribs twice the last 30-40 minutes on the pit. They came out very good !

This is my first post, and I just had to say that sure were some delicious looking ribs. I would have loved to had those for turn-in this past weekend at the Blues & BBQ Cookoff down in Bixby, OK!
This is a really great site!

Hey KPIG,, BANG UP JOB MAN!! Only 1 problem, you forgot to send me a coupla ribs so that I could give'em a "Cajun Taste Test" . As far as whether to cook them wet or dry. I say go with whatever mood that you're in @ that time. I like them either way.

No, no beans of any kind to be found. Just pork. No sides, no napkins. Just meat. Women were out shoppin, and me and the boys ate fire cooked meat.

I pulled 'em just a little too early. They could've easily used another hour.
