Here are some pics of my first cook. I didnt do anything big.. just 2 chickens..
We had a rain strom passed thru as it was going. I will be doing the "BIG" cook this weekend....:D

It started out as a Back yard classic chef "Lone Star" BUT after several Mods.. I mean phone calls to Ritch :!: Its new name is the "Gourmet"....:thumbs:

Very nice! The chicken look nice and moist. Makes my mouth water just looking at the pictures. Nice looking smoker too!

Well, one of these days I'll come over to Concord and see her in action. Got commandeered today! Let's plan on having an NBA championship party! If not, maybe the World Series! I cooked 12 racks of spares in the rain yesterday for a charity potluck in Rock River. GOOD RIBS if all 100 who ate them are to be believed! :o :lol:
