No i didnt have time to make it my self, I got them from a local butcher... I will next time :) I did some old world garlic, Hungarin HOT and some Bratwurst. The garlic was great, Hungarin Hot was also. I wont do those Brats again... I think maybe just the way they made them.

Heres 2 pic's of the brisket i cooked. I think i let them set a little to long.. I had to hold them for about 6 hours.... Dont kill me This is the First time cooking brisket and had no clue on what i was doing..........
