Just ordered some pineapple and peach TPJ. Gonna try this out hopefully next weekend. Are they really good as a glaze for ribs?

can't speak for the peach just yet, but the pineapple habanero is awesome on ribs.

Whew...looks good. Think maybe a person gonna need a shower after they eat them ribs:) Now is the object to apply the TPJ on there straight? Or maybe do you use it to spike up your favorite bbq sauce as some do with honey and maple syrup etc? Thanks.

My personal fav for my ribs are Peach/Habanero and Pineapple/Habanero. I have been using peach more than pineapple recently. You won't be dissappointed! Texana has a GREAT product!

I have a vague recollection of Strawberry-Rhubarb TPJ...

Hey Sprocket, Lemme put it like this. I ain't had a bad jelly yet. Hopefully that should answer your question. BTW, I have had most all of them @ 1 time or the other & all have been damn good.

I just polished off 3/4 of a slab of spares glazed with TPJ Pineapple Hab. I think I need a shower before I go night night. Oh yea life is good.

BW, I just use it sraight from the jar on my ribs but I see no reason why blending TPJ wid yer favorite sauce wouldn't be a bad idea either! Just another option, ya know!

I've used the pineapple/hab straight up and put them along side some I used bbq sauce on and the pineapple/hab were gone in know time.
The funny part is the people who don't like "spiceyness" ate most of the pineapple/hab glazed ribs. go figure.

Put on the rack 30 minutes or so before you pull them off the pit. At least that is what I do. I also use it as a dipping sauce for sausage. Dang good also.

I use the pineapple habanero on ribs and I use the peach habanero to make BBQ sauce. I brought the sauce out to Q-fest last year and it got pretty good reviews.
