The ribs sucked, my fault. Bought some sorry *** ribs on sale. A total waste of good rub.
Tommorrow is another day.

Re ribs, I thought that is what Texas BBQ is all about take a substandard cut of meat and do alchemy on it? Course if'n ya start with gold it is easier to shine....

The sausage is a local brand called Roughneck Pork Sausage.

Nice flavor!
PT, I tried, just no saving those racks. :). Way to much fat, very little meat. My fault for not paying attention.:banghead:

James, it's good sausage. I think it comes in mild, medium ,and hot. I like the hot. Their place is about fifteen minutes from me. It's in the Lake Fork area, so they should be able to ship to you. Worth a try.

Yeah, it does look good! I'm so tired of the commercial sausage that has the consistency of an oscar mayer wiener! I'm down that way once in a while and will def. try to stop by and pick some up.
Thx again,
James.
