I am a big fan of the TBBQR & have tried it on many items with great results. What I haven't done & was wonder it you guys do it is. After you have cook the meat using the mustard, wrshiresauce, TBBR, low & slow method & cooler the meat for some time. Do you add any more TBBQR to the hot pulled pork? If so about how much?

I've never done it. They come out excellent to begin with, but I don't see where it could hurt. I think a light sprinkle would be enough.

as I am doing my first pulled pork this weekend, that very thing was suggested to me. after pulled, sprinkle just a bit of the rub on and a dab of BBQ sauce. that is what i am going to try.

The sugar in the mixture should probably melt a little on the hot food and adhere itself and all the spices to make it taste great. I use the Rub on french fries and love it like that.

Born Again go for it. It adds a wonderful flavor to the pulled pork. Just sprinkle in to your liking and mix together. It is great. I use around 1/4 cup of the rub.

I recently smoked some naked spares using apple wood. I put absolutely nothing on them. After 3 hours I placed them in foil, then covered them heavily with the Texas Wild, and cooked them for 3 more hours. They were some of the best looking and tasting I've ever done. I'm going to try this method on a brisket and butt sometime.

Well I did it...& If you haven't you own it to yourself to at least try it...I smoked two Boston Butts like mentioned above. Once the pork was pulled I took one of them, I sprinkled some TBBQRBB on top of the hot pulled pork and tossed the meat real good let it set a few minuites & it took the meat taste up to a hold new level....I love this stuff..

I took some of both to work last night to let my friends try it..they loved the one that was tossed with TBBRBB...

Thanks for a great product & the encouragement given to try something different...

Yes it melts into the juices and adds a great flavor. I did it in comp and took 2nd place at the Maryland BBQ Bash back in 2005.

Boy I tell you what... you hear all about what Bill's rub goes good with all day long!

My personal favorite thing that Bill's rub goes best with is a shaker!!! You put it in a shaker next to your salt and pepper and see which one gets down to the bottom first!
