Been using the "Wild" rub since last year when Bill introduced it at Q Fest, some good stuff. I used it on a couple of bone-in ribeye roasts with wonderful results...

Wild is great, but it has sugar in it. Be careful with that sugar, as you don't want to burn it over the fire. That'll mess up your beautiful ribeyes in a hurry. Try the Grilling Magic or Steak Sprinkle.

I've done it with Wild with excellent results. TL's right - keep it off the direct heat and to the side a bit. Toss on a little fist-sized chunk of mesquite to the coals for a tad bit of flavor.

Serve with generous quantities of Crown & 7 with a twist of lime.

Would generous quantities of Jack, on the rocks, with a splash of coke and no garnish work:? :? :?

Maybe I will have a glass of Iced Tea.:D I will be careful not to burn the rub. But I do like a seared steak cooked rare. Just have to do it different this time.
