I have never done one before, but my Walmart did not have any good looking brisket, so it was a sirloin tip, or a bottom round roast. I never done neither one so I picked the sirloin. I soaked with worchester, and rubbed with brisket blend. From what I have read on here I guess I am going to cook it at around 300deg until it hits 140 and let set in foil for about an hour. Does this sound right. I will put it on around 12:00 today. Pictures to come.

Roast was great, I pulled at 141deg, and double wrapped in heavy duty foil and placed in off oven for 1.5 hours. I then pulled out the slicer and sliced it thin. Along with this we eat jambalaya, and corn.

Those look great guys!
My step father always does one of those in the fireplace rotisserie for Christmas.
Now I want to do one on the smoker.
How long did that 5 pounder take you F.D.?
