View Full Version : Did A Little Cookin' Yesterday............

I let the Bayou Beast out of it's cage yesterday and burned a little meat. I threw on a couple of chuck roasts (caught 'em on sale), 3 racks of ribs (St. Louis cut), some deer sausage, a few leg quarters and a fatty. Early morning temp, around here, was about 50 and it maybe made it to 80 during the day...made for a great day to watch smoke :D .

Here's a few pics...the cut/ sliced pics just show a portion of what was cooked. I took them after "care packages" were made for a couple of the neighbors :wink: .

Good looking grub Elvis, happy you got to fire up that Beast, cause it was a great day for smoking some meat most assuredly!
