My BBQ got rave reviews at the last sales meeting, so I was asked to cook again for the Q3 meeting. I even got to take a half-day out to cook and was able to bring in the food straight from the pit.

The menu was Pulled pork, stuffed pork loins, ribs, and Cobb salad with smoked chicken breasts. I also made a pan of Bill's Surprise Potatoes.

Pork Loin:

Fabulous looking chow, PK!!! The stuffed pork loins sound delicious, but I would have left the ingredients whole...that's just because I like to bite into the stuffing items.

I might try the blended concept though. THanks. Job well done.

Man, I hope to be able to do that. Looks good! How do you trim your spares? I bought some this weekend and mine ended up considerably smaller than yours after trimming. I should have taken pictures!

I didn't trim the spares for this cook. Sometimes I do a St. Louis trim, but I already had too many plates in the air to do it this time.

Those are some of the best pics that I have seen. What kind of camera are you using ?

Not that the camera makes the food better but....Dang.

Cliff, Kirk is a pro photographer. It is really his only talent however, but he does well at it!
