Here are 3 Picnics being seasoned. There is a pork butt that isn't pictured. Picnic's are about 8 1/2 lbs and the butt is 8lb. Everything went on the Big Drum Smoker at 7:40am. More pics to follow as the cook progresses.

Here you go!
I didn't think they would ever finish. Almost 12 hours, which is a long time on the BDS. It's the best I've made off the BDS.
I only had pecan wood for the smoke.

Looks good...and I like pulled pork with some warm sauce on it.

That do look good. I've been experminting with different vinegar, mustard type sauces on pulled pork. Using tomato base sauce makes it hard to tell the difference from chopped beef, but it's still good.

I got a North Carolina sauce a few years ago from Tar in one of our Sauce Exchanges and that stuff was awesome. I loved it. It was something like Billy's BBQ sauce. maybe I can find the link... but those vinegar based are my favorites.
