How long and at what temp should I smoke a pork terderloin? Thanks for the help.

Cook at 225-250 for pork and pull it at 145-150 degrees. Least that's what I do. :)

145 is all you need. I just cooked one the other day and it was perfect. Moist and tender as could be.

Yep, 145 is plenty for pork loin. You can cook it hotter, too, if you like. That lean, tender meat does not benefit from the low and slow cooking. However, low and slow does not hurt it, either, if you have other things on the pit.

As TexLaw said, you can cook it hotter since it's a lean piece of meat. I typically try to wrap mine in bacon for that reason.
