Decided to separate the point from the flat and try a diffrent way of smoking then I usually do. The burnt ends turned out awesome and the brisket was great. Added the 1/2 cup of juice back to the slices after it was sliced.:D

1/4 cup apple juice, 1/4 cup honey, 2TBS Q Sauce.

Nice meat, there. I have a couple of points in the freezer that are just begging to become burnt ends. I'll have to grant their wish fairly soon.

I hear ya, I love burnt ends, hoping that puts me over the edge this year in competitions by placing a few of these tasty bites in with the slices. Next time I want to try the Texas wild rub. So far I have only used the brisket rub but LOVE IT!
