Friday night was my most difficult cook in my short BBQ experience. I had to cook for 36 maintenance men for lunch on Saturday. Ribs & pork loins. I had every weather you could experience. Had to dig everything out of 8" of snow from the previous week. It started warming up and it started raining turned to snow, back to rain and then to sleet. Then about 4:00am it got real cold and started freezing. Very miserable but all ended well.

I just want to thank all of the good people who are so giving on this website. You share your experiences and knowledge freely which helps folks like me learn and grow in our BBQ experience.

I had never cooked pork loins and I just followed the advice I got from you folks and everything turned out great. They were very moist and tender. Got a lot of good comments. I didn't get any pictures. Batteries were dead in my camera.

Thank you very much and God Bless.

All the good comments make it all worth it. It's amazing that we will brave all kinds of weather and loose sleep just to hear the words "Man this is the best BBQ I have ever had, you did great"
