Been busy getting tile business under control and both our computers crashed. Have a laptop on loan till we get the computers going. One is fixed, just trying to figure out how to connect to internet.
Anyway, we finally thawed out here and fired up the BYCC for the first spring cook yesterday. I did some pulled pork and oversized abt's using pasillas with chorizo and pepperjack. Also made a broccoli slaw with avocado and mango using a roasted pasilla dressing.
Planning on cooking up some ribs next weekend. Also wewill be going back for the 2nd cook off at the Stagecoach Music Festival in Indio in May.
It's good getting back to normal again.
