ok, I am the first to admit that Zilla has forgotten more Q-knowledge then I have ever had, but I must disagree respectfully with his opinion of Texas Wild. "good" it is not. excellent yes, good no. sorry Zilla it deserves better then good. heck, I use it to bribe people when I need something. last bag I easily got 3 times the cost in goods and services and thats after telling them how to order their own.

You're right, it's excellent. Try it on anything, it's even great on tuna salad. :shock: It really is! :)

I really like the Wild rub... It's especially good on butts and brisket.
However, I'm still kind of partial to the original TexasBBQRub. Call me silly.
I guess that's why they sell all three blends.
