My wife and I were through McKinney a couple of weeks ago and stopped by a local bbq joint. It was pretty good and they probably do some catering. Don't remember the name of the place, but they were just a block south of 380 and not too far east of 75. Had a billboard on 380 is how we found them. Worth checking into for pricing and such. I'd eat there again. Hope that helps.
