What is everyone cooking for Easter Sunday? I just fought my way through HEB. I picked up six fryers and a six pack of Budweiser. Sounds like beer butt chicken don't it! I sold my Klose, so I am commandeering my Uncle's pit that hasn't been used in over a decade. I am gonna spruce her up and let it rip tomorrow.

HAPPY EASTER to all!!!!!

Doing some country beef ribs (boneless) that I have had aging since last week. Bill's potatoes, monster ABTs, and maybe some rabbit  .

I will try to remember the pics, seems like I always start "other stuff" and forget. Just got done prepping the ABTs & Armadillo eggsI'll snap a couple pics before I put them up. Gonna do the briskets and ribs after dinner.

Here is a few pics from my day. All turned out well. I used my Uncle's pit and it smoked like a champ.

Txngent: I am interested in how you are prepared and cooked your rabbit.
