need info how long can i let the brisket rest before turn in time thanks

I normally shoot for 30min-1hr when cooking a comp..
Thats close timing, but the target I try to hit..just long enough to let
it soak back some juices..and if it sets alittle it will slice better than
one hot off the pit..
But can be held several hours when wrapped and place in a warn/dry cooler
for serving later...bet the catering guys can answer this better
