Buddy of mine just offered me the breasts of a turkey he just killed. I have cooked the split chicken breasts with just lemon-pepper, or salt-pepper, what is the best on turkey? I will probably use up what cherry wood I have left for fuel.

I would brine them overnight with some oranges, rosemary, garlic, onions, and some flat leaf parsley...salt and water of course. Apply some bbq rub.
If using cherry wood, I would finish with a glaze of wild turkey (whiskey) and cherry preserves.
