Thanks to everyone who helped me with the advice on briskets everything went very well. I ended up cooking six briskets and ten butts, don't think I could have fit a hot dog on the pit, it was full. I don't know how many people were there but they ate everything and raised somewhere around $7000.00. I was glad to be a small part of it all. Many people complemented me and asked for my card, but at least at this time I am in it for the fun of it not for profit. I told my wife when I built this pit that if I did not watch out I would have just built myself another job. Thanks again!
