Paid $30,000 to have this custom built in 2003. Saw a smaller, but comparible rig at Pitts & Spitts in Houston that was custom-built for $34,000.
I did cook-off's to entertain customers. I recently sold my business and no longer have a need for a rig this big.
Asking $18,500 OBO
Works great as is for large cook-off teams. For catering in Houston, the sides (currently plywood) need to be replaced with sheet metal riveted to frame and the sink needs to be replaced with a 3-compartment sink. I will do the work for additional $1500.
